Prices and payment
Retail prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before an order is submitted. Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for the affected item.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
