The flavours and values we carry forward
Aangan is a new name built on more than 40 years of family experience in the spice trade. Across those years, we have learned what to look for in the aroma, colour, flavour and consistency of a good spice.
Trade knowledge, brought home
Our experience comes from working with spices over four decades. It has taught us that dependable quality is not an abstract promise: it is opening a pack and finding the familiar character you expected.
Aangan brings that knowledge to a focused range of Indian spices for everyday kitchens. We choose each product with an understanding of what it should contribute, from the fragrance of a whole spice to the colour and depth of a ground spice.
The warmth behind the name
The Dadi Ji you see in Aangan is inspired by our own grandmother and the generosity of her kitchen. She represents the familiar knowledge passed through families: noticing the aroma, knowing the character of an ingredient and cooking with care for the people around the table.
That warmth remains at the heart of Aangan, alongside the practical standards learned through years in the spice trade.
A standard for every pack
We want Aangan to be a name people can return to with confidence. That means straightforward products, useful pack sizes and spices chosen for dependable aroma, colour and flavour.
